Becoming a Newcroft Governor is always something that has interested me from the day my eldest daughter started at Newcroft 7 years ago. She is now a Year 6 leaver and the years have flown by. My youngest is moving into Year 3 and I felt that now was the time to give something back to the school that goes above and beyond to ensure that each and every child flourishes and grows.
My two have certainly loved every minute and that is thanks to the dedication of the amazing staff as well as the outstanding leadership team. I am confident that I can work with the Governing Body to ensure that Newcroft continues to be successful and am excited about sharing my experience from working in a local secondary school since 2002. I have worked in a number of roles both pastoral and curriculum. My current role as pastoral Deputy Headteacher is both exciting and challenging and I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge.
