Lauren Hackett

Co-Opted Governors

Lauren is the Head of Governance and Compliance for a Multi Academy Trust. In this role Lauren leads on all aspects of governance and compliance, including acting as the Trusts Data protection officer and Company secretary. Lauren provides strategic leadership to ensure that the Trust and local governance measures are robust and accountable for educational and financial performance. She supports and guides Governors and Trustees to ensure that their role is both fulfilling and effective, as well as providing assurance on key areas of compliance across schools. 

Having gained experience of all aspects of Operations, Lauren is very keen to use these experiences to give back to a local school and be the critical friend that is required to ensure a school and Trust is as efficient and effective as possible.
