Our Breakfast and After School Clubs are extremely popular at Newcroft. We welcome pupils from Pre-School and the main school into both clubs. Places are bookable on parent's individual sQuid accounts on a day by day, 'On demand' basis.
Our clubs are both held on the school site and are staffed by our teaching support staff team. Our children know these adults well from the classroom and this helps us to create a 'home from home' service.
Our club begins at 7:30am and children can be dropped off at school anytime up to 8:30am. School begins at 8:40am. Pupils arriving up to 8:20am will receive a breakfast of cereal, toast and fruit. Games and activities are on offer, suitable for all age groups and interests. When it is time for school, our team take children to their classes, where they are met by their teacher to start the school day. The charge for Breakfast Club is £4.50 per session.
Our club begins at 3:15pm and children are taken to the club by their teacher or one of the teaching support staff team. There are lots of games and activities set out for pupils, alongside opportunities for quiet time and time to complete homework. We offer all pupils a light snack tea around 4:00pm. The charge for After School Club is £8.50 per session.
Our Breakfast and After School Policy can be found here.
