Staff Wellbeing- working for us
At Newcroft, in partnership with our Trust, we acknowledge that working in a school setting is challenging, fast paced yet rewarding and fulfilling.
Staff wellbeing is extremely important to us. For staff at all levels, we have a strong focus on workload management and mental health and wellbeing.
We are proud to have a Senior Leader for Mental Health, who is Miss Alice Brailsford, our Head of School/ Deputy Head teacher. She has undertaken the DfE's Senior Mental Health Lead qualification and works closely with our Family Outreach Worker and Mental Health Leader, Mrs Nicola Robe, to support all staff across school.
