Why Choose Us

Children who come to our setting get the very best start to their education. We are based in the Early Years Foundation building of Newcroft Primary Academy, which allows children to settle into the surroundings of school and school life, before they start their Reception year.

We take advantage of the many opportunities on offer to us through being part of the Newcroft school setting, such as the wonderful grounds, play equipment and vast outdoor space and woodland. Our setting is positioned  perfectly for access to our woods and camp area. We are proud to deliver Forest School learning as part of our Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. Children who attend our setting receive the best of both worlds; learning through play in a school environment, while being given the chance to explore the great outdoors through Forest School experiences.

When it is time to leave Pre-School and start in Reception, children experience a thorough and seamless transition. 

We offer full wrap around care each day to our Pre-School children, which includes Breakfast and After School Club. These run from 7:30am to 5:30pm daily. Click to read more about our wrap around care.

We offer places for children ages 3 and 4 years old in our warm, caring setting.
